Cancellation & Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate for services availed with us. Please read the policy conditions and process carefully to understand the information and guidelines about your rights and obligations. We make every best ef f ort to serve you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each Services.
If the service is not delivered due to unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the vendors then the order will be rescheduled as per customer convenient or refund.
Cancellation process:-
The order may be cancelled for any of the following reasons:
  • If time of service delivery you booked is no longer convenient to you( before 24 hours from the service delivery time)
  • On customers request one day prior of the services
  • The address mentioned is not serviceable
  • Any other reason beyond the control of Vendors or Ohelpbro
  • Booking address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available
  • After booking the services, Customer refused to avail service last moment instead of rescheduling. (Refund would not be applicable)
  • The order may be cancelled before one day from the service delivery time using the option mentioned below
Refund Policy:
What about refund after cancellation?
You will be receiving mail confirmation from Ohelpbro, once refund procedure agreed and initiated.
The amount will be refunded with 5-12 working days. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.
You don’t have to worry as your payment is protected under money. We take anywhere from 7-14 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from.
I have still not received the refund to my bank account. Why? If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same
